Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship exclusively within Sweden.

We are actively working to extend our delivery services to additional countries in the near future.

What shipping methods do maggi the label offer?

At the moment we deliver to DHL Service Point (49 SEK) and Postnord Service Point (99 SEK). The packing time is usually 1-3 business days and the delivery time for DHL and Postnord is usually 1-3 business days.

We also offer warehouse pickup. Your package will be packed within 1-3 business days and you can then pick up the package at our warehouse. Please note the warehouse opening hours.

We are working on offering even more delivery options.

How does Warehouse pickup work?

Your package will be packed within 1-3 business days. You will then receive an email that your package is ready for collection. You have 7 days to collect your package. When you arrive at the warehouse for pickup, you must have your ready for pickup email ready.

Our warehouse is open:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 09:00 - 15:00.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We are very happy that you have chosen to order from us. We will pack your order as soon as we can, usually within 1-3 business days. The delivery time for DHL and Postnord is usually 1-3 business days.

If you have chosen pickup at warehouse, you will receive an email 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Your package is then ready for collection.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

Can I track my order?

Yes. If you have ordered with delivery by DHL or Postnord. As soon as your package is packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

You have 7 days to collect your package. Regardless of whether you have ordered with DHL, Postnord or warehouse pickup.

If you do not collect the package within these days, it will be sent back to us. Unfortunately, we will have to charge a return fee of 100 SEK. Your refund for the remaining amount will be processed within 30 days.

How do I log in?

If you have placed an order with us or signed up for our newsletter, you automatically have an account.

To log in, click the button at the top right corner of the website (next to the shopping cart). Enter your email address, and you’ll receive an email with a login code. Enter the code from the email to access your account.

What can I view in my account?

In your account, you can view your orders and track their status. You’ll also find any available vouchers.

To make future purchases easier, you can save your address for a faster checkout experience.

How do I check my order history?

To view your order history, make sure you're logged into your account. Click the "Orders" button at the top of the page to access your order overview. Here, you can see all your past purchases, track delivery status, and check any return updates.
