Returns
You can register products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please ensure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, placed in the initial packaging and still has the hangtag. If this is not respected, we will not accept your return. The customer is accountable for returns shipping costs, except in the event of a faulty item.
- DHL Servicepoint - 49 SEK
- Postnord Servicepoint - 99 SEK
- Warehouse pickup - FREE, return your order by dropping it off at the warehouse.
Please keep the return postage tracking information for your records as proof of shipping. We will not be held responsible for tracking your return to us or lost items. The cost of the original freight and returns fee will not be reimbursed or refunded.
Once the goods have been received, your money will be processed within 30 days.
Complaints of damaged or faulty item
If you have obtained a damaged or faulty item, please notify us by email at contact@maggithelabel.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. After 14 days, we will try to rectify or obtain a replacement.
The email should include following:
- Order number
- Description of the error
- Pictures of the faulty item
